Middle Leadership Programme

middle leadership1

The middle leadership programme is suitable for all subject leaders and year leaders. There are four phases to the thirteen-week programme:

  • Phase 1 is a pre-inset activity for the leaders collectively in each school to complete related to their school which will last no longer than an hour which will assist Sandra Jones in planning for Phase 2. Leaders will require no preparation time to complete this task.
  • Phase 2 is a one day INSET.
  • Phase 3 is a half day INSET.
  • Phase 4 is a one to one interview of an hour’s duration with each middle leader. There is an option of an evaluative report on the effectiveness of the middle leaders.
